Morning thoughts

Night is silent cool and calm
morning comes with rays of sun
Wake with sleepies in your eyes
Call out for mamma she's always near by
crawling out of bed to stand
cammo pj's , doll in hand
ready for the day to start
clothes layed out for you to dress
you look at them and start to stress
which foot goes were and I want a skirt
baby girl if you don't hurry up you'll skip dessert
always with you in my heart, what a morning what a start


Up and attem ready to go
cartoons on , it's GI joe
playing army guy in front of hearth
it's time to get ready, it's time to start
Mom look at this commercial about nerf guns
pop in the toaster waffles till there done
mom I am ready and she's always late
why do we always have to wait
I packed my bag and my teeth are brush I hate it mom when she makes me rush
Hurry sister your wasting time , your driving me nuts , your crossing the line
little man grows up so fast, in my heart you'll last and last


small little one all safe and sound can't hear anything thats happening around
all snug and tucked in a safe little place
soon you'll be part of this crazy race
